Collections
We are open for collections from 9.30AM-4.30PM, Monday to Friday.
If collection is being conducted on the Buyer's behalf or with an external shipper, we require written confirmation from the Buyer, stating the name of the company/persons who will be collecting.
Items in the catalogue marked as (W) must be collected on the Thursday and Friday after the auction.
Proof of ID is required upon collection.
In House Shipping
We are happy to offer an in-house packing and posting service for most non-fragile items within the United Kingdom, which are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For items of a valuable or fragile nature, we would require written confirmation from the Buyer that they accept the risks of sending such items in the post and accept responsibility for said items.
