Collections

Our Chislehurst Saleroom is open for collections Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Buyers are welcome to collect purchased auction lots during these hours once payment has been completed and cleared.

If collection is being arranged on behalf of the buyer by a third party (such as a friend, representative, or professional shipping company), we require written authorisation from the buyer in advance. This confirmation must clearly state the name of the individual or company collecting the items.

For security purposes, proof of identification is required upon collection of all auction purchases. This helps ensure that items are released safely and only to authorised individuals.

In-House Packing, Postage & Shipping Services

We are pleased to offer an in-house packing and posting service for most non-fragile auction items within the United Kingdom. All eligible items are securely packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a reliable and fully tracked service.

For items that are fragile, high-value, or of a particularly delicate nature, we may still be able to assist with shipping; however, we require written confirmation from the buyer beforehand. This confirmation must state that the buyer accepts the risks associated with posting such items and agrees to take full responsibility for them once dispatched.
